Territory: 14 hectares of your impressions

Ladoga Manor is not just a place to stay. This is a forest, water, history and silence on 14 hectares. There is no need to go anywhere here — everything is already there. All that remains is to choose what to fill your day with.

By the water. Your own bay on Ladoga. In summer, there is a sandy beach, saps, catamarans, water trampolines and speedboats waiting at the pier. In winter, there are air sleds with a warm cabin, ice skates and a snowy surface on which you want to glide without stopping. And fishing at any time of the year — from the shore or by boat with an instructor.

In the forest. You can walk around the Estate for hours, along the alleys where there are ancient pines and silence, or go further along the Lapinlinna eco-trail. 2,536 meters of adventure: a bridge over a precipice, an ancient temple, rocky hills and heart-stopping views. And for those who want speed — buggies or bicycles. For those who are looking for silence, there is a mushroom trail. "Silent hunting" in the Karelian forest: Collect mushrooms, listen to birds and be in the forest without routes and obligations.

Outdoors. For those who love movement, but without haste — petanque, croquet, badminton, table tennis, the Karelian towns of kykkya. You can play together or arrange a tournament with the whole company. All this is outdoors, among the pines and silence.

The bath ritual. The sauna complex is located right on the shore of the bay. Two spacious steam rooms made of Canadian cedar, panoramic windows overlooking the water, open-air bath tubs and an ice font for those who like contrasts. After steaming, tea from a samovar with Karelian herbs and honey.

Gourmet restaurant. Dinner in a restaurant with 19th century interiors. Carpaccio of roe deer, wickets with lingonberries, trout and walleye dumplings are Karelian traditions in a modern interpretation. And if you're lucky with the weather, there are summer terraces with views of the estate.

Temple and museum. The Church of St. Tsarina Alexandra is an active temple, where even a non—religious person should go: for the sake of light, architecture and special silence. And the Elevator Museum with authentic items and archival photographs takes you back to the end of the 19th century, when the estate was just beginning to be built.

With children. A playground with swings and slides, a creative living room with master classes, an ornitharium where owls and owls live, and a squirrel cage — you can watch fluffy animals. While the children are busy, the parents can exhale.

For business. There are two conference halls for 65 and 24 people. Lights, sound, projectors, flipcharts, and branded stationery. And the silence around, so that nothing distracts from work.

How to get. Secure parking is available by car. The boat has its own pier. There is a landing pad on the helicopter.
