We are grateful to the guests who choose Ladoga Manor over and over again. There is a loyalty program with special conditions and privileges for you.
How to participate:
Relax in the Manor and accumulate points for each booking. The accumulated points can be spent on accommodation in future trips.
Inspired by the history of the journey "from the Varangians to the Greeks," we have built a status system: from Viking to navigator. The more often you come back, the more opportunities open up.

The services are provided free of charge once per visit to Ladoga Manor. The time of use is unlimited, unless otherwise specified in the terms.
You can use points to pay for reservations for stays of 2 nights or more (excluding package offers).
The calculation uses the price list valid at the time of booking.

How to become a member
The loyalty program participant status is automatically assigned to the guest in whose name the reservation is made.

You get the "Guest" status immediately after your first vacation. The card is activated at the moment of departure.
Points and rewards

Deduction of points
Points are credited to the guest's card if the payment for all services (including the restaurant) is made at the reception.
The amount of the charge:
- 10% of the total invoice amount.
Important conditions:
- The points are displayed in the system only after the guest's departure.
- All types of payments are taken into account: cash, bank card, non-cash payment.
- Savings are made from the guest's personal folio at check-out.
Switching between statuses:
The status increases when the required number of points is accumulated at a time. To move to the next level, all points are taken into account: both those already debited (previously spent on payment) and those currently on the card.
Bonus points can only be used to pay for accommodation.
Write-off conditions:
- Availability of the required number of points.
- Booking from 2 days.
- The cost of accommodation is calculated according to the price list valid at the time of booking.
Pay attention:
It is not possible to use points to pay for the restaurant, additional services, or partial repayment of the accommodation bill.
