Husky Center

Belaya Runa is an amazing husky kennel in the heart of Karelia, where about 40 friendly dogs with piercing blue eyes live.

Imagine a place where you are greeted not just by dogs, but by real northern wizards with eyes the color of Ladoga water. Just 7 kilometers from the famous marble canyons of Ruskeala, in the picturesque Karelian tract, there is an amazing nursery "White Fleece" — the only Siberian husky nursery in the Sortavala – Ruskeala region.

About 40 friendly huskies live here, surrounded by centuries-old forests, each with its own character and history. Upon entering the territory, you immediately get into the atmosphere of a real northern holiday: fluffy beauties with piercing blue eyes themselves reach out to the guests, wagging their tails and demanding a portion of affection. You can do anything: hug, stroke, play and take pictures indefinitely.

In winter, the real magic begins here — dog sledding. Imagine: you are racing through a snowy forest, the wind in your face, and ahead of you is a team of happy huskies, for whom running is life. The kilometer-long route flies by in an instant, leaving a sea of adrenaline and delight.

After a walk, you can enter a real ethnographic yurt, warm up by the stove and listen to fascinating stories about the origin of the husky breed, about riding and about the life of the peoples of the North.
