You wake up without an alarm clock. Outside the window there are pine trees, sky and silence, which does not happen in the city. A leisurely breakfast in the restaurant, followed by yoga with a view of Ladoga. Breathing, smooth movements, lightness in the body.

After yoga, take a walk around the Estate. Without a goal, without a route. Just walk along the alleys where the century-old pine trees rustle overhead, listen to the birds, look at the water. Or go to the other side of the bay, to the Lapinlinna eco—trail, where there is a bridge over a precipice and an ancient temple. The main thing here is not where to go, but what happens inside. Silence. Rest. Return to yourself.

After a walk, a bathing ritual on the shore of the bay. The heat of the Canadian cedar steam room, soft soaring with fragrant brooms of Karelian herbs. And then a relaxing massage. Classic, deep, which removes clamps, or soap massage with tar soap — for complete skin renewal.

Finish the day with sound therapy. The vibrations of the bowls pass through the body, removing what has accumulated: fatigue, tension, internal blocks. You lie with your eyes closed, and the sounds of the bowls take you to a place where there are no thoughts, only peace.

After that, a light dinner at a restaurant with local products. And herbal tea on the terrace of his cottage.

You go to bed feeling refreshed, your head is clear, and your soul is quiet.
