The refined interior, the symbiosis of traditions and the author's view of the chef

A buffet breakfast is served every morning for the guests of the Manor, and in the evening the restaurant turns into a place for long conversations, special events and gastronomic discoveries.

Antique design elements and historical photographs on the walls create the atmosphere of the late 19th century — not a decoration, but an authentic space in which modern haute cuisine is born. In the warmer months, there are two summer terraces with views of the manor, each for 20 guests. The main hall of the restaurant can accommodate up to 100 people, and for special occasions there is a VIP lounge for 10 guests, where you can retire with your closest friends.

Our menu is an author's gastronomic journey created by a talented chef using the freshest products. Start with carpaccio of roe deer or delicate sprats of grouse, try trout and walleye dumplings and be sure to order the wickets — with lingonberries, trout or mushrooms, with thin rye dough. For connoisseurs of an open fire, there are kebabs and barbecue dishes, and the evening should end with desserts from the pastry chef, each work of which is a small masterpiece. Our wine list will find the perfect match for any dish: a variety of varieties, from quiet to sparkling, for the most demanding taste.

The restaurant space consists of three zones with different moods. A spacious main hall with an elegant interior, a lounge area with dimmed lights, where you want to relax your soul, and a VIP lounge for those who value privacy: business negotiations, a family dinner or a small celebration.
