Shoreline cottage with sauna

Three spacious cottages are located right on the shore of Niemeliansalmi Bay. The main thing here is the view. The windows and the outdoor terrace overlook Ladoga. Go out in the morning with a cup of coffee and meet the sun over the water without leaving your house.

Inside there are three separate bedrooms. There is enough space for a family or a group of friends. A living room with upholstered furniture and a TV, and most importantly, huge windows overlooking the bay. I want to linger here: read, talk, watch how the water and sky change color during the day.

The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. You don't need to bring anything with you — everything is already there to prepare breakfast with a view of Ladoga or dinner for a large company.

After a walk along the shore, there is a Finnish sauna with a shower room. Premium cosmetics and soft bathrobes are waiting for you in the bathroom. Details that create a feeling of impeccable comfort.

The outdoor terrace has a stunning view of the bay. And in the clearing nearby you can arrange a barbecue: a barbecue area with a Finnish barbecue is waiting for you. For a quiet rest and contemplation of nature, there is a swing with a view of the bay. Evenings with a view of Ladoga and a fire become the main event of the day.

Everything is thought out in order to live comfortably by the water — to steam, roast on fire, fall asleep and wake up with a view of Ladoga.

We recommend for a memorable stay: in the evening — a bathing ritual on the shore of the bay: the heat of a steam room, the coolness of a font in Ladoga, or a vat of warm water under the stars. And in the morning, an expedition to Valaam on the premium XO boat: a panoramic cabin, the silence of the engine and a pier near the monastery walls.
