Grand cottage with fireplace, sauna and baptismal font

The most spacious and atmospheric cottage of the Estate. It stands on the very edge of the Ladoga skerry, surrounded by centuries-old pines and fir trees. The main uniqueness is its own pier. From there, you can immediately go for a walk on the lake or go fishing without leaving the territory of the house.

Space for a large company

Five separate bedrooms. Four have double beds, and one has convertible single beds. Each has its own bathroom with a shower, in which premium cosmetics and soft bathrobes are waiting for you. There is enough space in the cottage for everyone to gather together, and at the same time everyone has their own space.

The living room welcomes you with light, air and a lively fireplace. Sit next to me, listening to the crackle of Karelian firewood, and forget about time. A large round table will gather the whole company for a long dinner. There are televisions in each bedroom and living room if you want to be alone with a movie.

The kitchen is fully equipped: dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, wine cabinet, dishes for 12 people. Everything to cook with pleasure and not to think about everyday life.

After the walk, there is a Finnish sauna with a baptismal font. Aspen and abacha trim, a relaxation area, sheets and hats are already waiting. And outdoors there is a private barbecue area with a Finnish barbecue. Evenings by the water overlooking the skerries become a ritual.

We recommend for a memorable stay: in the evening — a bathing ritual on the shore of the bay: the heat of a steam room, the coolness of a font in Ladoga, or a vat of warm water under the stars. And in the morning, an expedition to Valaam on the premium XO boat: a panoramic cabin, the silence of the engine and a pier near the monastery walls.
