This two-storey cottage stands in the very heart of the Estate. Its outdoor terrace overlooks the park area and the Church of St. Tsarina Alexandra, one of the most beautiful views on the territory. In the morning, the domes of the temple glow in the sun, in the evening they are softly illuminated, creating a feeling of special peace.

Inside is a space that surprises. The interior of this cottage is different from all the others: it is bright, airy, with mirrored panels that expand the space and fill the rooms with light. Everything here is designed to feel light and free.

Three bedrooms — enough space for a family or a group of friends. A living room with upholstered furniture and a TV. A kitchen with everything you need to cook with pleasure. On the private terrace you can drink coffee while looking at the temple, and next to it there is a barbecue area with a barbecue for evenings by the fire.
