Comfort Cottage

These are two-storey cottages combined into a single architectural building. Each has its own entrance and its own private terrace. Personal space is preserved, but there is a feeling of a small manor quarter.: the neighbors are nearby, but you don't interfere with each other.

The windows overlook the Central Estate, and the terrace overlooks the park area and the Church of St. Tsarina Alexandra. This is a convenient point to be in the center of events, but always return to your silence.

Inside there are three bedrooms, a living room with upholstered furniture and a TV, a fully equipped kitchen. Everything to make you feel at home. On the private terrace you can drink coffee while looking at the temple, and next to it there is a barbecue area with a barbecue for evenings by the fire. Premium cosmetics and soft bathrobes are waiting for you in the bathroom. Details that create a feeling of impeccable comfort.

The format is for those who value convenience, do not want to lose touch with the life of the estate, but at the same time value their space.
