Bathing ritual on the shore of Ladoga

A real sauna is a special process involving water, stone, steam and the silence of the great lake. Our complex is located right on the shore of Niemeliansalmi Bay, so that after the steam bath you can plunge into Ladoga or slowly cool off in a vat, looking at the endless water surface.

The Ladoga Manor Sauna complex consists of two separate steam rooms on the shore of the bay. Each one has its own character and views. They stand on a small hill, among firs and pines.

We have created this place for those who understand a lot about real steam: without haste, without fuss, with full immersion in the elements.

The doubles are made of Canadian cedar and thermal hash. These rocks create a light vapor that gently envelops rather than burns. The shelves made of African oak remain comfortably warm. Each steam room can accommodate up to 6 people, and if you take both, up to 12 guests.

Immediately from the steam room you enter a spacious living room with panoramic windows overlooking the bay. There are upholstered furniture, a TV and a fully equipped kitchen. You can cook, have dinner and not interrupt the bathing ritual.

There is a barbecue for meat and vegetables on the outdoor terrace. And a little higher up, on a rise among the pines, there are two bath tubs with a view of Ladoga. Nearby there is a font in the lake, which is open all year round. To plunge into the water of the great lake after a hot steam bath is a feeling that cannot be forgotten.

We offer two vacation scenarios. Classic format: for those who appreciate the contrast: the heat of the steam room and the cold of Ladoga. The "with a vat" format: for those who prefer a gentle cooling: after the steam room, warm water from the vat under the open sky.

Rental price (up to 6 people, 3 hours)

Access to the sauna complex for children under 7 years old is free of charge.

Regardless of the chosen format, the price includes:

• Sheets (12 pcs), towels (6 pcs), bathrobes (6 pcs), slippers (6 pairs)
• 4 brooms (2 birch, 2 oak)
• Shampoo, gel, conditioner for hair
• Steam room services: 3 steam rooms for the company, honey, jam, tea

Rent extension (additional hour, up to 6 people)

• Rent without vat: before 15:00 — 10,000 RUB / after 15:00 — 11 000 RUB.
• Rent with vat: before 15:00 — 14,000 RUB / after 15:00 — 16 000 RUB.
• Important: the double rate is valid after 00:00.

Bathing ritual with a steam bath

The rental price already includes the accompaniment of a professional steam room: three steam rooms for your company, as well as honey, jam and herbal tea for full recovery.

Spa treatments after the steam room

For complete relaxation, there is a soap massage with tar soap, classic back and leg massage, as well as scrubs based on honey, coffee and northern berries. Each procedure is designed to restore strength, relieve tension and give a feeling of lightness.

The sauna complex is a space for your relaxation. To ensure that nothing breaks the atmosphere, we ask you to consider a few points.

The maximum comfortable capacity of the department is 6 adults. If you plan to invite more guests, let us know in advance: we will help you organize the space so that everyone is comfortable.

Additional guests

• Children under 7 years old — unlimited, free
• Children 7-14 years old — no more than 2 people, free of charge
• One additional adult guest — 10,000 RUB
