The secluded bay of Niemeliansalmi Bay is the water world of Ladoga Manor. A warm, sheltered water area, an equipped beach and a whole amusement park for all ages. All this is just for our guests.

Here you can simply swim in the Ladoga water, try new sports or surf the waves behind the boat. Everyone will find something to do.

Relaxing vacation

For those who want to have a leisurely time on the water, enjoying the views and silence. Niemeliansalmi Bay is quiet, sheltered from the winds, with scenic views of the estate and the surrounding area. An ideal place to go out on the water from your pier: to breathe, fish, or slowly get to the other shore — to the Lapinlinna eco-trail.

• Motorboats:

Yamarin Style S370 (5 hp) is a reliable, stable inflatable boat. Up to 4 people — 3,000 RUB/hour.

Altair (2.5 hp) is a lightweight inflatable boat for relaxing walks near the shore. Up to 4 people — 3,000 RUB/hour.

• Rowing boat — 1 000 RUB/an hour.

Quiet and measured pace. Up to 4 people

• Water bike (catamaran) — 1 000 RUB/an hour.

Leisurely walks for two or a group with children. It's ideal when you want to go for a ride, but without too much drive.

• Sapboard — 3 500 RUB/an hour

Walk around the bay while standing on a board. Excellent balance training and the opportunity to see the shores from an unusual angle — from the height of the water.

• Water trampoline — free of charge for guests of the Estate

Both children and adults love jumping and somersaulting on the inflatable island. A great way to spend time with the whole family.

• Beach

Private equipped beach with comfortable access to the water. You can just sunbathe, swim or watch those who conquer the water surface. Sun beds, umbrellas and an atmosphere of complete relaxation — all this awaits you.

Active holidays with a boat

For those who are looking for speed, adrenaline and new sensations. The boat Rinker 226 Captiva BR (open, without cabin) is waiting for you at the pier.

• Water skiing — 20 000 RUB/an hour

Classics of water sports. Get on skis and feel the water parting under you.

• Water monolith — 20 000 RUB/an hour

One ski — more speed, more drive. For those who are already confidently standing on the water.

• Wakeboard — 20 000 RUB/an hour

Surfing behind the boat. Jumping, waves, the feeling of flying. One of the most exciting water sports.

• Cheesecake riding — 14 000 RUB/an hour or 7,000 RUB/30 minutes

Single, double and triple cheesecakes are available. Fun for the company: fly through the waves, hold on tight!

To make you feel comfortable even in cool weather, we provide wetsuits for free when ordering any service.

Sap tea party tour

A slow journey across the water with a stop in the most picturesque corners of Ladoga. The route passes through a calm water area, smoothly going out to the Ladoga skerries. In the middle of the way there is a stop with a traditional Karelian tea party: fragrant herbal tea, homemade gates and fragrant jam.

This format was born for those who appreciate silence, nature and beautiful moments. The perfect choice for morning relaxation, leisurely conversations and atmospheric shots.

• Format: 1,5–2 an hour, a leisurely route, a stop with a tea party
• Conditions: early morning hours, only in favorable weather (calm, no rain), groups of up to 4 people
